RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Art. 1 - Methods and procedures

QUICKLY grants the Customer the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within such deadline, by sending an email to the address of QUICKLY: shop@excellenceworld.luxury

Art. 2 - Products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not permitted if:

  • - Purchased items have been used or damaged;
  • - The items are not in a perfect state;
  • - The items have not been returned in the original packaging.

Art. 3 - Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

  • - the Customer must send an email within 5 working days, as specified above;
  • upon receipt of the request for withdrawal, QUICKLY shall authorize the return of the products to the registered office of QUICKLY, at the Customer's own risk. If the package is not returned, QUICKLY will ask the Customer for proof of delivery, consisting in the the slip bearing the signature of the person who received the returned package. If the Customer does not provide proof of delivery, QUICKLY will not grant the reimbursement.
  • - Shipment costs are charged to the Customer.
  • - After the returning of the products, QUICKLY will check their state and refund the amount short of the following expenses:

10% of the price of the Product paid by the Customer;

- a fixed amount of CHF 15.- for each product.

  • - As soon as it is ascertained that the required conditions for the return have been met, the reimbursement will be made within approximately 30 working days from the day the products are returned. The reimbursement method shall correspond to the method used to make the order. In the event of a bank transfer, the Customer will have to submit necessary details. The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer shall always be performed exclusively in favor of the Customer who made the payment;

THE RETURNING PROCEDURE MUST BE SOLELY AUTHORIZED BY QUICKLY AND NO RESTITUTION CLAIM SHALL BE INITIATED BY THE CUSTOMER.

In case the above-mentioned conditions are not observed, the Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement for the amount paid to QUICKLY. The Customer, however, will be fully entitled to pick up returned products at QUICKLY’s registered office, at his or her risk and expense. If the Customer does not request the resending of the returned products within thirty (30) days after receiving notice from QUICKLY, QUICKLY will be entitled to retain them, together with the amount paid by the Customer.
